Withover 30 years of experience
under his belt, Shiro Izawa is oneof
themost celebrated yakitorimasters in
Japan. Hehadbeen running an izakaya
(Japanesepub) for over a decadebefore
openinghis own yakitori restaurant,
Toritama, inTokyo at the ageof 40.
Izawa-san’s passion for yakitori has
